Throughout the year, MEA offers a variety of conferences to allow members to attend high-quality training while networking with peers across the state and sharing ideas about both their profession and their union.
The MEA ESP Statewide Conference provides Educational Support Professionals from across the state with a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow members from both K–12 and higher education. The conference offers a range of sessions focused on key topics impacting ESPs, including advocacy, organizing, union engagement, safety, and communication. Attendees gain practical knowledge, broaden professional networks, and strengthen their ability to effectively support their local members.
