Throughout the year, MEA offers a variety of conferences to allow members to attend high-quality training while networking with peers across the state and sharing ideas about both their profession and their union.
The MEA Winter Conference is the Center for Leadership & Learning’s premier event where members of public education join us for top-tier professional development. Our offerings focus on strengthening skills, developing leadership, and building the bench to better support their role and in their local units. Participants can earn valuable SCECH and ESP credits to continue advancing their certification while gaining practical tools they can immediately apply. Attendees also enjoy engaging in social events where they can relax, network with peers, and recharge. It’s a chance to work hard, play hard, and leave feeling ready for what’s next.
